Standard Issue:

  • Available to members under age 65 who work full time (at least 30 hours per week)
  • Members may apply for up to $15,000 per month (in $100 increments)
  • Benefit duration of 12 or 24 months
  • Renewable to age 75
  • Premiums waived during a covered disability
  • Customize your plan with a Guaranteed Purchase Option or Recovery Benefit
